Invitation to Join the Board of Directors at Fathers to Founders
Dear Community,
As we prepare for an exciting year in 2025, Fathers to Founders is seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our Board of Directors. For years, we have been dedicated to empowering fathers—whether custodial, non-custodial, employed, homeless, or reentry fathers—helping them overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and reconnect with their children. As we expand our programs and initiatives, we need visionary leaders like you to help guide us through this critical phase.
In 2025, we are launching the Fatherhood Reconnected Initiative, with support from the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. This initiative will offer workshops, case management, and mental health support, focusing on family reunification, financial empowerment, and wellness. In addition, we are broadening our reentry programs to provide professional development, entrepreneurship, and wellness services tailored to fathers impacted by the criminal justice system and other underserved populations.
As a Board member, you will:
Shape the strategic direction of a growing organization.
Assist in expanding partnerships and securing funding opportunities.
Provide oversight to ensure we meet our mission of empowering fathers and promoting family reunification.
Interested in learning more?
We invite you to attend our Fathers to Founders Relaunch Presentation on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. During this session, we’ll share our plans for the year and discuss how you can contribute to this transformative work.

We are looking for individuals with expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, mental health, legal services, and financial literacy who are passionate about making a difference. Your leadership and passion are essential to continuing our impactful work for fathers and families in need.
If you’re ready to help us empower fathers and create lasting change, please reach out to us. We would love to discuss this exciting opportunity with you.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Elgin Rose
