Author, yogi, and former teacher, Carolyn Bowman taught us some important lessons in her keynote speech at the Symposium back in May:
1. Slow progress is meaningful.
2. Make good use of your strengths with creativity.
3. Move on your own terms with confidence, especially with the help of yoga.
4. It takes a village of support systems to grow and find joy.
