cifically San Francisco—investing in commercial districts through a merchant-centered approach, driven by direct input from local businesses, ensuring responsive and tailored strategies that address their unique needs. Our currency helps support distributed ecosystems for things like tree planting; street sweeping / cleaning and graffiti / w**d abatement; street parking allocation and urban right-of-way use assignment; local benefits or service delivery; and community-based package delivery; and more. Our goal to is develop financial tools that empower neighbors to help neighbors and change their own environments for good. The SFLUV project began as a part of the INTNCITY project (https://intn.city/) -- a forward-thinking technology company using blockchain-based platforms to help build and finance local infrastructure with a mission to foster inclusive economic growth while promoting urban regeneration, enhancing transportation systems, and driving economic empowerment in local communities. INTNCITY was pilot project that looked to accelerate the intensity of urban development at the local level using blockchain to create more streamlined delivery of neighborhood infrastructure and services--helping neighbors work together to build and finance infrastructure and provide better services that impact their daily lives.

Volunteering creates stronger neighborhoods, and we’re excited to help make it even more rewarding. 🌸

Through our partnership with St. Anthony Foundation, SFLuv Perks are helping recognize volunteers from organizations like Gay for Good and others who are already making a difference in the Tenderloin, while encouraging them to support the amazing local businesses that make our neighborhood unique.

This is one of the first steps in growing the SFLuv Affiliate Program, where trusted community partners can use SFLuv Gratitude Perks to recognize the people already doing incredible work in our communities. It’s a simple way to amplify the impact of donor support while strengthening both our neighborhoods and local economy.

After volunteering, many of us stopped by ZZoul and enjoyed a meal using our SFLuv Perks, bringing those dollars right back into a local Tenderloin business. ❤️

What a day for San Francisco 7/11/26 🚮

We were proud to be part of One City Day, hosted by Mayor Daniel Lurie and First Lady Becca Prowda, and to welcome 40 volunteers who joined us in helping care for the Tenderloin.

One of the best parts of the day was introducing more people to SFLuv and sharing what we do every Sunday. Every volunteer received $15 in SFLuv Perks to spend with participating local businesses, keeping that impact right here in the community.

A special thank you to our dedicated Sunday crew. Week after week, you show up, put in the work, and help make these cleanups possible.

Community is built through showing up. 🌸

This past week, SFLuv volunteers helped every day, Monday through Friday, supporting clothing donations with St. Anthony’s.

We had our regular volunteers, along with a few new sign-ups, come out to lend a hand and support the work happening in the neighborhood.

As a thank you, volunteers earned SFLuv Perks to enjoy at local restaurants and small businesses in our network.
