Meet Xiomara Mérida, our 2027 NAHREP Western Oregon Director of Government Affairs!

As a Latina immigrant and REALTOR, Xiomara’s career has been driven by a commitment to helping families find stability and opportunity through homeownership. Before entering real estate, she spent nearly a decade working alongside bankruptcy attorneys, supporting families through financial challenges and helping them navigate a path toward a fresh start.

Today, Xiomara brings that same passion for service to advocacy and education. She believes our community deserves to understand the policies that impact housing, have a voice in important decisions, and have the resources to build a stronger financial future. 🏡🤝

Meet Verenice Leon, our 2027 NAHREP Western Oregon Marketing Director! 👏🏼

As a Mortgage Loan Advisor and real estate investor, Verenice understands the impact homeownership can have on individuals, families, and entire communities. Her passion is rooted in helping expand access to homeownership while empowering the Latino community through education and advocacy.
