🎸 A Guitar. A Child. A World of Joy.
We received this message from a mom recently, and we haven't stopped thinking about it:
"Our 7-year-old daughter received a guitar yesterday and has not set it down. She carried it everywhere, strumming on it, singing, organizing siblings to sing. She asked endlessly when she's starting guitar lessons and is soaking up any information about playing the guitar that we can provide to her. It's been a huge blessing to find something she loves so much already.
She uses a wheelchair so can't always keep up on the playground with others, so we've often wished to find something fun for her to do when she's ready to hang out on the picnic blanket — we've stumbled upon playing music on her guitar as the thing!
The guitar has brightened our daughter and infused our home with some much-needed joy. Thank you!"
