Our NIMH funded Engaged for (MEND) trial is in its second phase. We've already successfully completed the dose response study and are now recruiting for a randomized controlled trial with the optimal dose. 🎉

If you are suffering from depression and live in the San Diego region, please consider participating. The study provides access to 20 sessions of FDA-approved personalized that can be a significant out-of-pocket/ insurance cost outside of research. Our research is looking at enhancing outcomes for depression by pairing it with digitally-delivered mindfulness training.

We are so excited about our new work at published in Nature Digital Psychiatry and Neuroscience (DPN)
