Following a court ruling today, Rady Children’s Hospital will now refuse new patients seeking gender-affirming care with only very limited exceptions.

We are deeply disappointed in this decision. Restricting access to medically necessary, evidence-based healthcare creates more barriers for trans and gender-diverse youth and puts their well-being at risk. Our community deserves better. Our youth deserve better.

Last year, hundreds of kids, tweens, teens, and families joined us in the excitement of Boo Bash, our free family-friendly Halloween celebration for LGBTQ+ youth and families! Team TFSS is hiring! We're currently recruiting a Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator and we'd love for you to join the team! 🏳️‍⚧️

This full-time, hybrid role based out of San Diego County will help grow our volunteer community, welcome and connect new volunteers, and support outreach and engagement opportunities as we expand our organization. This role includes attending in-person events and working directly with our local community to support our mission to protect trans youth!
