Condor Fitness(Saturdays) Continous fullbody exercise This is a group exercise class that includes continuous movements to work on the cadiovascular system. First work out free.

It has a moderate to quick pace to enhance the number of calories burned, while toning all major muscles with body weight exercises and some free weight. Every workout will start with a warm up, then move through the major muscle groups, from top to bottom. This workout is great for beginners who are new to exercise or are having trouble getting back into shape. The workout will last no longer tha
