Let’s Go Nighthawks!!  It is the hopes and expectations that all DNHS Athletes take advantage of this AMAZING opportunity.   Sign up for a 1-year membership in our Strength and Speed Training.  The following information is provided;  Cost is $120 which allows the athlete to participate in as many as 4 speed and 4 strength workouts per week.  
By participating in our S&S program you will Elevate your game and help your team  take it to another level.
