San Diego Mito Supporters We began as a small group from San Diego made up of families and friends with Mito. Annual Events:
Mito 5k
Christini Fund Benefit
Comedy Show in Alpine

Our loved ones diagnoses might be rare, but the support for it does not need to be. Our 9th annual Mito 5K/ 15k Run, Walk, and Roll will be virtual.

5k will have a medal, lanyard,, and race bib

These interventions, along with 11 daily medications, don’t slow progression much.
But they increase the quality of the time we have.

She still plays.
She still gets lost in her stories.
She still makes us put tiny clothes on a family of Calico Critter cats… again and again.

This is what we’re fighting for: time filled with play, stories, and joy.
