I've always found it amazing how people will argue for gun ownership but against legal ma*****na, or being pro-choice when it comes to abortion, but not when it comes to drinking copious amounts of sugary beverages.

They might as well say, "I'm pro-choice, as long as I agree with your choice." which is indeed a ridiculous stance. Statists, whether right or left in orientation are blind to the fact that they share more commonality with one another than not.

This was a perfect case where jury nullification should have prevailed. Instead unfortunately, a man may spend the rest of his life in prison because he was providing a service people voluntarily participated in, yet the state deemed "illegal".

F**k the state for it's wildly inappropriate oppression and arbitrary application of ridiculous laws, among many other reasons.
