Pack 259,

I hope everyone had a wonderful and restful holiday break!

We will have a parent planning meeting this coming Monday, Jan 5 at 6:30pm at St. Therese Catholic Church. We will discuss and finalize plans and schedule for the spring. Cubmaster James will send out a planned agenda shortly.

Please come and contribute your great ideas! We will have some activities to keep the Cubs entertained.

Parents of Pack 259,

While I know that we do not have a formal meeting this coming Monday Oct 6, I would like to have an optional parent orientation meeting for all our new parents. Cubmaster James would like to go over Scouting, how it works, how the pack works, advancements and activities, etc.

There will be snacks and if you want to bring your scouts, we will have some activities to keep them occupied while the parents meet.

I would highly encourage parents and new leaders to come! All questions will be answered and I want to make sure new parents know what scouting is all about and how it benefits your kiddos!

Last minute reminder, we have our first scout meeting of the school year tomorrow, Monday Sept 8 at 6:30pm at St. Therese Catholic Church on Portsmouth Blvd. Looks like weather will cooperate for outdoor activities. We will have parent info packets for this upcoming school year, time for parent Q&A, activities for the cubs, treats and meet the den leaders! Have your cubs wear either their Class A uniforms or their Pack t-shirts. See you all tomorrow! CM James Clark
