Non-profit organization committed to maintaining the traditions and culture of our community

The Aliança Açoreana (Azorean Alliance) charter was signed on April 25, 1975. Its initial mission was to assist citizens from the Azore Islands immigrate to the United States. Aliança Açoreana organizes bimonthly (every other month) dinners for its members. These include:

* Festa de Carnaval (February 11, 2012)
* Festa dos Socios (March 10 & 11, 2012)
* Festa do São João (June 23, 201

* Vindimas (September 8, 2012)
* Festa de Natal (December 8, 2012)
