When I began my studies in Wisdom Spirituality in 2008, I soon discovered the path to wholeness and health is a process inextricably tied to our relationship with Nature. ual Mentor, a Shamanic Guide, my personal experiences in nature deepened as I began to encounter the Earth in new ways, embodying a number of nature-based spiritual practices to my everyday way of life. Something changed at a cellular level when I opened my being to the possibility of a more intimate relationship with the more-than-human aspects of Nature. A new respect grew out of this new way of being with the Earth, altering how I see, understand, and relate to the web of life, and how I choose to live in this world. As a Shamanic Guide, my personal experiences and wisdom studies have shown me how anyone, no matter their belief system or faith practice, age or nationality, gender or body type, can create deeper connections in Nature that will enhance their lives, leading toward wholeness and health.
