Greetings Timberlane residents! Annual gutter and roof cleaning is scheduled for Nov 12-14, 2024 by Gutter Guru. Please make sure to use caution when walking under the building roof line during these dates. Please make sure to removal ALL valuable items from porches, decks, driveways, and outside areas before Nov 12. Please make sure all children and pets are clear of the work areas while work is underway for their safety, and to allow work to proceed - Gutter Guru cannot proceed if children and pets are in the work areas.

Please note: The Association and Gutter Guru is not be responsible for damage to or cleaning of any personal property left out at the time gutter and roof cleaning is taking place.
