Well, looks like we need help and searching for a few sponsors who could be our doggos & Kittos godmothers/godfathers to provide some enrichment while these fur babes are in limbo foster care until they reach their final destination at a forever home. Right now we have gone through a LOT of resources ei food, treats, litter etc the past couple months on the same crew because there are NO adoptions. We mostly acting as sanctuary for many of them who are taking forever to find homes and depleting our storage. As of 5/3/2026 we ran out mostly of ALL dog enrichment ei treats, chewables, going through toys like crazy and we only have 2 weeks worth of cat dry food left. We are probably a month away from opening our last dry dog food. We will update the list to add items later. This updated wishlist is just an example BUT any and all items are welcomed. If you can sponsor items feel free to choice ANY brand of milk bones (dry crunchy large is where the fun is at) as well as any brand chewables. Cat food we would love Costco brand or on the most budget friendly. If you are planning on sending present to our ARWOBers feel free to choose items on Amazon which are discounted or having offers (More bang 💥 for your buck 💰) larger cat bags or larger treat bags are always more economical than the smaller. Donations are tax deductible and if you have items to donate that your fur babies don’t use/want feel free to drop off at adoption events or contact us to arrange meet up to accept them. So. Tired. Of cruelty. To people. To animals. National. International. If you live in Spain or know anyone in that goverment for DOG sake rise tje F* up. Exploiting animals is bad enough but not even a pain free death⁉️ That is NOT culture. That is just a handful of powerful/wealthy people who are complete psychotic masochists and they must be stopped. Only the citizens of Spain can do this. We can help push by educating and spreading the word by sharing to bring this evil to everyone’s attention. do hope those dogs who can’t be brought back can at least be rescued and helped by being humanly euthanized and removed from that hell. Dog Adoption Event this Saturday 4/25/26 from 11am to 1pm at located at 35 north 4th avenue, Chula Vista, CA, 91910 come meet the pups in this video plus their friends too! Everyone is fully vaccinated, sterilized, microchipped and 4Dx texted. Healthy and READY to go home 🏡 inquire on our foster or adoption programs and if you are looking for a dog who is or will grow to be 27 pounds or larger this is the event for you! Alright guy, when we say we desperately need HELP. We mean it. We don’t often ask for immediate action but we do NOW. To keep the pups under our care safe we MUST find fosters, adopters or a couple rescues who have the ability to take even ONE of our pups who are healthy, fully vetted, they need nothing done medically. Excellent crate trained manners, social towards ALL people, dogs and cats. However, they can’t be adopted in pairs and ideally fostered separate from each other ei one foster pup per home.
Loving, intelligent, well behaved (until pack mentality kicks in when one of the dogs gets the zoomies and chase ensues - ) - cant make an event? The pups are in the 92111 and we can meet at the dog park or regular park for a walk. Please, tag rescues who may have fosters or adopters who may be interested in taking 1-2 pups under their care, spread the word with your friends, family and neighborhood in case they have been searching for a pup/dog with well known personality, behavior and energy level we can tell you ALL about each and every one of them. Would LOVE to know WHO donates to Best Friends Animal Society Can you PLEASE stop 🛑 supporting their “work” they have single-handedly inflicted so much damage to the unwanted, homeless and Stray population of animals of our country. The way they provide financial assistance to many shelters/rescues to get them on their side to promote protocols like labeling as many strays as possible ss community animals and released back to reduce intake numbers and therefore eliminate euthanasia numbers for a false sense of “NO kill” shelters Is absolutely horrific, infuriating and plain simple cruel. It’s a good thing dogs don’t fall in the same characteristic as cats do. Meaning, cats fall into a “free roaming” classification and hence can be released to roam ei labeled community. Can you imagine if dogs fell on the same category? 🇺🇸 would be a regular 🇲🇽 inundated with street dogs ALL over the city not only rural but urban areas too. If they could they probably would have gotten away with it too. Thankfully we aren’t there and if anyone sees a stray dog AC is called to pick up, cats? Nah. Unless they are in injured/special circumstances.

This post is just to say how ANGRY 😡 we (arwob and likely MANY if not MOST rescues) to continue to see posts ALL over social media (IG, FB, news stations etc) posting LIES which is harming the animals because it gives people a sense tbings are great when things are NOWHERE near being OK. We/animals are in trouble and Best friends seems to always be the one spreading this lies. Zero accountability for what their movement of “no kill” has done and how it’s harmed dogs and cats.

Alright all cuteness and jokes aside, this little creature seems to have been the only fur baby to have found á home today. We will try again next Saturday 4/25/26 for doggo adoption event. Stay tuned (and can we just say how good happy and cordie are? They exhibited ZERO prey drive. It’s a good thing Gia wasn’t with us today or this human would have been traumatized ! 😰 😹) Do you also struggle with “it’s so hard not to touch them but it’s wildlife so leave it the F alone Syndrome?!

Meet the attendees! Staying at 🏡 de ARWOB which is NO bueno. Toooo many on one home. The goal is adoption, second best ? Foster! Helping foster ONE puppy even for short term from Saturday 4/18 to Saturday 4/25 would be SO helpful. All our medium and large breed dogs (and puppies too!) who are or will grow to be larger than 30 pounds have adoption fees waived till end of month. Meet Max & friends THIS Saturday 4/18/26 from 12pm to 2pm who are hosting us for a doggo event in the hopes to find them adopters or second best FOSTER homes. Having ALL these little piranhas in the same home is cray cray 😜 SO fostering one 1️⃣ truly helps share the work load. Let’s be honest. These cuties should NEVER have arrived into this already overpopulated pet crisis we are living in at this time. In rescue since 2005 and 2026 is WORST almost 2 decades later. Even with all the sterilizarion clinics across the border in Baja and educating USA citizens about importance of sterilizing their pets AND community animals ei GET involved with TNR programs, help people you know personally to sterilize their pets perhaps all they need is simple actions like transporting to clinics or researching best prices (or finding free services) BUT the person who rescued Carmi from the streets in Tijuana pregnant should have IMMEDIATELY spay aborted to prevent these babes from arriving. Even with adoption fees we can’t find homes. There was a time GSD would be adopted so fast. Now, it takes for ever to be adopted and some do NOT find their homes…ever. Let’s get Max home!
