The “Beyond the Crown…Achievement Award” is an honor bestowed upon former pageant participants, current/former pageant supporters, coaches, committee members/volunteers, all who continued to achieve and inspire. The award recognizes individuals who hold multidimensional roles in the community. The event offers a unique opportunity to promote the belief in “strengthening communities” encouraging le
aders and encouraging their participation in decision making processes that shape their lives and the lives of the community around them. Each year CYE continues to honor individuals that positively impact and enhance the quality of life in their communities through pageantry. The Award is bestowed upon individuals that encourage active participants both in public and private life through pageantry. The Achievement Award process and event salutes those that continue to pursue philanthropic endeavors and serve as a voice for up and coming young people. Nominations now open:
Criteria for Selection:
* Nominees should have at one time participated in a pageant production as a contestant or served as a pageant production supporter/volunteer, any pageant system, nominees should be at least age 18.
* Describe current/past activities.
* Describe how nominee's volunteer service had an impact on their community.
* Is nominee a person of vision?
* Does the nominee have charisma?
* Does nominee motivate others to join them?
