Here are a few things to know...
Our club website now features an interactive calendar of events that you can view anytime. We update it monthly and often post events several months in advance so you can plan ahead.
Visit the home page of our website at https://sandiegokiteclub.org and scroll down to the Latest News section. Just below the monthly flyer, you'll find our interactive calendar. Click on any scheduled event to view additional details and information.

We have several volunteer opportunities coming up in July. Check out the calendar and reach out if you'd like to get involved and help out.
We will also be posting a new tribute to Kathie King on the website this week. Keep an eye on the Tribute tab at the top of the website for this special article.

Happy flying team!

The San Diego Kite Club will be in attendance for the annual Clockshop LA Community Unity Peoples Kite Festival.

We have Don Fox and Dave Soutar attending as kite masters and 2 other members, Charles Gillespie and Jolly Roger flying a large inflatable for the organizers and community to help with their event.

Keep up the great work and kites.

We’re a small team working hard to bring Clockshop’s Kite Festival to life and we can’t do it alone. We’d love your support in making it happen.

Here are a few ways to help:

🪁 RSVP to the event! Your RSVP goes a long way and helps us secure future sponsors. A donation-based ticket, when you’re able, keeps these programs sustainable and thriving. RSVP here: https://clockshop.org/project/clockshops-kite-festival/

🪁 Subscribe to our newsletter to stay connected to all the programs we offer. Subscribe here: https://clockshop.org/subscribe/

🪁 Join us on Saturday, May 9, from 2:00–6:00 PM for Clockshop’s Kite Festival. Bring someone that has never been, introduce yourself to someone new, and celebrate how art in public spaces brings communities together.

Thanks for supporting us and being part of this effort. We’re excited to welcome you to Clockshop's Kite Festival!
