Blues Lovers United of San Diego (BLUSD), an affiliate of The Blues Foundation, is once again offering our annual Summer Blues Camp for youths 11-17 years old to learn those roots and play the music. What: 2025 BLUSD Youth Blues Camp
Where: Northminster Presbyterian Church, 4324 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego
When: July 28, 2025 thru August 1, 2025
Time: 9am-2pm M-F*
*Camp week culminates on Friday Aug 1 with a live concert performance in the venue’s hall from 6:30pm-8pm by Camp graduates.

BLUSD camp is a one-on-one experience taught by regional, award-winning, professional Blues musicians including Lenny “Fuzzy” Rankins, Ric Lee, Michele Lundeen, Karl Dring, Robin Henkel, Mercedes Moore, and Jerry “Hot Rod” DeMink. The program includes all disciplines: lead guitar, bass, drums, vocals, keyboard, and harmonica… and performance!

It's time to signup the next budding Blues or rock star for the BLUSD Blues Music Summer Camp.

Tuition is $300 which equates to a mere $60/day [limited scholarships are available].
