It’s a full moon in South Africa and the poachers are out in force looking to use the lighter nights to find rhinos. Fortunately, K9 Nala and our partners at Black Rock Rhino Conservation are on the job, working tirelessly to conserve precious habitat for rhinos, pangolins, and dozens of other species!

Sorry about how very quiet we have been! We're a very tiny team and personal lives have been hectic. (that being said, if anyone wants to help with social media let us know!)

Last week we sent James to the International Rhino Keepers Association Conference in Ohio. He was the only representative to attend and speak on behalf of rhino conservation breeding operations in South Africa. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to present officially, but that didn’t stop some amazing knowledge exchanges with keepers and facilities managers doing great work.
We hope that this conference will be the first step in improving cooperation and collaboration between breeding programmes in Africa and overseas.

Who We Are

CRASH are Conservationists Raising Awareness for Species & Habitats! We know there are many, many amazing organizations in the world focused on helping endangered species as well as their habitats. Our goal is to help as many of them as possible!

Our purpose is to raise vital funds for wildlife in need. We then disperse these funds to where they are most needed through grants from trusted conservation organiszations who apply for our help. The funds will be dispersed in the form of wish list items, physical aid, and other necessities depending on the project. CRASH aims to develop long term relationships with these conservation organizations and regularly update our wonderful supporters on the projects their donations have helped. We will visit and follow up on funds after sending them to ensure they are being used for the maximum benefit to the animals.

CRASH aims to be fully transparent on our projects, the organisations we work with and where our funding goes. We ensure that all donations are restricted for particular projects and are spent wisely for the maximum benefit of conservation.
