The Legacy Foundation provided life-changing opportunities for at-risk youth 1997-2012.. The ART & SOUL Program was created to provide gifted young artists from disadvantaged backgrounds with the opportunity to develop their talents through education and dynamic mentoring with leading arts professionals. Youth participants would return each year from age 12 to 18, with one teen from each genre to earn a full post-graduate arts scholarship.
