Community Reunification Project

Community Reunification Project The outpatient program caters to individuals who do not require intensive supervision during treatment.

Our mission at CRP is to provide services to returning citizens who are seeking to get a second chance and resources to assist in their re-entry process back into communities. Community Reunification Project’s outpatient facility in San Diego, California, offers a range of services, including outpatient mental health treatment, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment for youn

g adults and adults. Participants receive therapeutic support while maintaining their home life and regular schedules. The program typically includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, self-help groups, and referrals to higher levels of care if needed. After completing the outpatient program, individuals may gradually reduce the frequency of their sessions, transitioning towards a less intensive schedule. This step-down approach helps them maintain their routine while continuing treatment to support long-term success. This facility also serves individuals within the criminal justice system. Community Reunification Project collaborates closely with various San Diego entities to offer a wide range of previously unmet reentry services. We offer clients deep understanding and compassion as they navigate the challenging transition from prison to society.

If your family and friends can’t eat all the fruit from your trees, consider donating the excess to hungry people rather than letting it go to waste.

The Senior Gleaners of San Diego County will pick your excess fruit and deliver it on your behalf to local food pantries, churches, and other organizations that regularly help feed our neighbors. It’s free to you and at the end of the year, the Senior Gleaners will provide you with a receipt for the value so that you can write it off on your taxes!

Whether you have one tree or a dozen, the Senior Gleaners will arrive when the fruit is ready. Register your trees at the link in the comments.

Friendly reminder as we creep into winter. That box of Naloxone (Narcan) in your glove box, purse, or backpack remains effective even under these conditions! All out, or wanting to learn how to safely administer Naloxone? Send us a DM and we’ll help get you trained and connected with a supply of Naloxone 🖤
