We work on ball handling. We work on shooting. We work on footwork. We work on decision making.

But there’s one thing we do that most trainers don’t…

We RUN.

Because basketball doesn’t happen when you’re fresh. It happens when you’re tired.

If your skills disappear when your legs get heavy, you don’t own those skills yet.

Congratulations to AJ Dybantsa on becoming the #1 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. I’ve had the opportunity to know AJ and his family over the years, and this moment is a reflection of the work, sacrifice, faith, and commitment that happen long before the cameras show up.

Much respect to AJ and his dad. Enjoy every second of this well-earned accomplishment. The journey continues. 🙏🏾🏀
