Not because they have the biggest social media following.
Not because they have the most followers.
Not because they wear the nicest gear.
Not because they promise scholarships, exposure, or a path to the NBA.
You should trust them because their actions match their words.
Do they develop athletes or collect them?
Do they tell you what you need to hear or what you want to hear?
Do they celebrate your child when things are going well and still show up when things arenāt?
