With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, and event sales, Shannon has built a remarkable career that began right here in San Diego — as a Sales Coordinator at a local destination management company, where early mentorship first revealed to her the limitless possibilities within this industry. Over the next two decades she rose steadily through the DMC world, Pacific Event Productions, the opening team of the legendary House of Blues San Diego, and leadership roles at Hakkasan Group, Punch Bowl Social, and Puttshack, before taking on her current role as Vice President of Sales for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global — where she leads the strategic sales vision and private dining and events business across the company's entire U.S. portfolio. Her career has taken her across the country and around the world, and she now calls Denver home. But San Diego is where her mentors found her, where her friendships were forged, and where the foundation for everything she has built was laid. Being recognized here — in the city where her journey began — is a full-circle moment that belongs to every person who believed in her along the way.
