As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we are proud to open nominations for the women who will be honored at the 10th Annual WITH Awards Luncheon on September 24th at the Marriott San Diego La Jolla.

For the past decade, we have recognized women who are not only excelling in hospitality and tourism but also creating opportunities, supporting others, and blazing trails that move our industry forward.

This year, we will select six phenomenal women whose leadership and influence reflect the very best of what WITH stands for.

Being named a WITH Honoree is more than an award—it’s an invitation into a powerful, growing community of women who champion one another, lead with purpose, and actively shape the future of our industry through mentorship, advocacy, and lifting others forward.
