Integration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll often find the CCP crew exploring local parks, visiting businesses, and engaging with our neighbors across San Diego. Why? Because a community is only complete when everyone is included!

Community tastes pretty sweet! 🥂✨

We recently took our program participants out to for a very special lunch. This was a celebration of their incredible fundraiser where they featured a drink in honor of Community Connections Program and donated the proceeds to our mission!

We are so grateful for local partners who find creative ways to give back. Seeing our participants enjoy a meal fueled by that very support is what it’s all about. Huge thanks to the whole team at Ponce’s Mexican Restaurant for the hospitality!
