This week US-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership (BPP) has been in Laredo and we want to celebrate the Laredo Area Community Foundation. They are founding members of BPP and lead the way in Laredo for philanthropy. The Foundation is a volunteer driven community foundation with nearly $20 million in assets. We are grateful for your continued support of BPP and thank you for your incredible support of the British diplomatic delegation visit to Laredo. Today we are visiting Roman Catholic Diocese of Laredo and Catholic Charities - Diocese of Laredo. They have received over 100,000 migrants to provide food, shelter, and other assistance. My good friends Rebecca Solloa and Bishop James Tamayo are leading the way in supporting these people in this humanitarian crisis.
