A heartfelt thank you to the 909Day organizers and everyone who welcomed Refocus-On-U into this incredible community event. Being able to connect with local organizations, community members, families, and fellow changemakers reminded us of the power that comes from coming together with a shared purpose.

Most importantly, thank you to the Riverside community. Thank you for stopping by, having conversations with us, learning more about what we do, and sharing your stories and experiences. Every interaction, every conversation, and every connection means something to us. We are proud to be part of the community and look forward to continuing to build meaningful connections and creating opportunities.

Thank you to everyone who attended for allowing us to be part of your 909Day. đź””

Refocus-On-U team salutes—all the mothers, the soon‑to‑be mothers, and the women who have been mother‑figures to so many children and adult youths.

We don’t celebrate you for just one day.
We celebrate you every day, because motherhood is a calling that never pauses.
It is love, sacrifice, strength, and grace woven into everyday life.

Oh heavenly Father, look upon all m other's of the earth, fill their cups and make them whole. In Jesus Name, Amen!

So inspired after spending time with my amazing nonprofit guru friends at the IECC 2026 Thrive Conference! 🌟 There is nothing like the energy of the Inland Empire community coming together to share ideas, lessons learned and refocus. Ready to take these insights back to work.

Tune in as we go into Session 2

Knowledge To Choice, from choice to practice, from practice to culture where awareness turns into understanding. Where we stop seeing our triggers as random disruptions and start recognizing them as signals — invitations to pause, reflect, and choose differently.

Today, we invite you to be curious, not critical. To observe yourself with honesty, but also with compassion. And to remember that growth doesn’t happen when we judge ourselves — it happens when we understand ourselves.

Session starts at 1pm!!!

You are personally invited—either in person or via Zoom—to our two day seminar called, The Y Model, From Survival to Choice, From Fear to Trust
3 January 2026 - 10am to 430pm (PST)
4 January 2026- 1pm to 6pm ( PST)

We’ve all had moments when a coworker’s words or actions triggered irritation or frustration. Emotional triggers are real, and they can influence how we show up at work and in our personal relationships—often without us recognizing the deeper root of the reaction.

This weekend, Refocus-On-U will host a team-building experience designed to help you identify those triggers, understand the emotions behind them, and gain insight into the history that shapes how you respond.

Our goal is to strengthen communication, collaboration, and emotional awareness across our communities.

Please register at www.refocusonu.org. Go to events and sign up.
