Ryan's Case for Smiles - San Antonio Chapter Our chapter provides pillowcase smiles to the local hospitals on a regular basis. We invite you to s please send an email one of us.

We support and deliver pillowcase smiles to 4 local hospitals (Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, Methodist Children’s Hospital, North Central Baptist Hospital, and University Hospital). For your convenience we have established the following local drop off sites for you to leave your finished pillowcases: Sew Little Time Quilt Shop in New Braunfels & Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in San A
