I had an amazing time with the boys at Pipe Creek Volunteer Fire Department, they showed me the ropes of cooking over 1200 lbs of brisket low and slow, made them some dinner tacos, stayed up all night cracking jokes and telling stories, made them some breaks fast and enjoyed some good brisket.
