Taking a pause to be present and pour your drink mindfully cultivates a sense of calm, helps to experience feelings of compassion, and enjoy a more focused clarity.

🧦 Socktober is happening at Inner City Development Center in October!

So on our Second and Fourth Sundays in October, we invite you to bring a pair of socks or underwear, or more than one! We will gather the donations and get them to the team at @ who will make sure they get to people who need the resources.

With a small purchase like this, we show that a small act of love can make a big difference in the lives of those in need
