Meet Archie 🤍 🖤

Archie is a loving, playful boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He absolutely loves attention and being close to his people.

One of his favorite things is basking outside in the sunshine. When he isn’t soaking up the sun, you’ll often find him right next to you. If you’re sitting on the couch or relaxing, Archie is more than happy to cuddle up beside you and soak up all the love and snuggles he can get.

He has the perfect combination of playful energy and affection. Archie definitely gets his bursts of energy and the occasional case of the zoomies, but once he gets them out, he knows how to settle down and relax. One minute he may be running around having the time of his life, and the next he’ll be curled up beside you ready for a nap.

While Archie absolutely loves his people, he would do best as the only animal in the home.
He is not always comfortable around other dogs and can become jealous when attention is being given to other animals. Because of this, Archie deserves a home where he can be the one-and-only pet and receive the attention, love, and companionship he thrives on.

This doesn’t mean Archie lacks love—quite the opposite. He has an incredible amount of love to give and would thrive with a person or family he can call his own.

We need a foster for this guy!

Mellow is currently at the shelter but is said to be a superstar during playtime with other dogs and humans.

He has a possible injury that is beyond what the shelter’s medical team can handle so we’d love to save him and give him a safe place to hang out until he’s ready for adoption.

Meet Asher!

Asher is 4 years old, ~45lbs and is the perfect fit for almost any family. He is kid, cat and doggo friendly! Asher loves catching flies, playing tug-o-war and being as close as possible to his people. He is good-natured, fun and grateful for a chance at a great life.

He currently lives with 4 dogs, 1 cat (plus 3 strays), a parrot, roaming chickens and thousands of honeybees.

And people, he loves them too! Old, young, male, female, small or large, have loved them all.

Meet Carlisle! 👋

Carlisle is a 2.5yr old, 43lb good boy that knows how to settle with a good chew toy and some relaxing music. He’s a goofy, energetic, and loving boy who treats every stranger like a long-lost best friend!

He loves entertaining himself by running laps in the backyard with a good squeaky toy and coming back in for a hard long nap in his crate, but he sure would love to have doggie friends! This happy-go-lucky boy can’t wait to find his forever home, meet new doggie friends and fill your life with endless affection, big laughs, and fun adventures.

If you are looking for a loyal, friendly sidekick to join you on hikes, patio dates, or backyard games, Carlisle is your guy!

Meet Petunia 🌸

Petunia is a 2-year-old, 46-lb sweetheart with the softest heart and the gentlest soul. After a really tough start to life — she was dumped while pregnant and heartbreakingly lost her puppies — this girl is more than ready for the safe, loving forever home she deserves.

Petunia is incredibly sweet and loves to stay close to her person. She’s the kind of dog who will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. She enjoys lounging, soaking up attention, and accepting treats like the good girl she is. While she has medium energy, she leans more toward the “let’s relax together” vibe than high-adventure chaos. She would thrive with someone who’s home often — maybe a retiree or someone with a quieter lifestyle — who can give her the love, stability, and reassurance she craves.

She knows how to sit, shake, and is fully potty trained. She’s smart, eager to please, and responds well to gentle guidance and affection.
Petunia would do best as the only pet in the home. She hasn’t been around other dogs, but she does not get along with cats. She has not been introduced to children, so a calm, adult home would likely be the best fit for her.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will stay by your side and fill your home with quiet devotion, Petunia might be your girl. She doesn’t need much — just a cozy spot, some treats, and someone who promises never to leave her behind again. 💛

Wonderful news: Emilio is here!

Emilio is a 2-year-old, 49 lb sweetheart with the perfect blend of fun and chill. He has low-to-medium energy, which means he enjoys adventures but also takes his lounging responsibilities very seriously. A walk, a car ride, some treats, a little playtime, and then a cozy nap near his person? That is what Emilio considers a perfect day.

He’s crate trained, potty trained, and already knows sit, lay, stay, release, off, and up—an educated king.

Emilio loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have canine buddies to romp with or simply hang out beside but also does well solo. He’s affectionate, loyal, and strongly believes no human should ever relax without a dog nearby. Preferably touching them.

His dream evening includes a tasty chew, your lap, and a movie where he sleeps through most of it while looking adorable.

Don’t you just want to BOOP that nose?!

Cookie Von Wookie is quite expressive and unamused by not being the center of attention at all times. She has the quiet confidence of royalty and, true to form, spends most of her day lounging but will occasionally vie for attention by offering her belly for rubs or extending a paw for the affection of suitor.

While she will tolerate other 4-legged subjects in her domicile, she prefers to be the main character and tires quickly of tiny humans.

Cookie is a healthy 65-70lbs, in her 4th or 5th revolution around the sun, sleeps comfortably in her quarters (kennel), fancies the occasional stroll around the garden (in fair weather of course), and is quite fond of the simple life: regular meals, occasional snacks, a warm bed and an adoring companion.
