"Thank you all who have supported us this far. For those of you who want to support us further, please consider donating in the Big Give match minutes.

It would mean a lot and support our mission, and your donation will be doubled if you donate $5 or more and up to $100 on during a match minutes from the list.

We need your support to resume programs, start new programs, continue programs, and reach out goal of $5,000.

We have a lot of exciting preparations for programs such as Common Ground: Peer Group, Neurospicers On Air!, Neurospicy Networking, ND Navigation: Coaching, and a program based on PEERS for Young Adults

Everything is starting to fall into place, and we need YOU to help us keep them going!

NOTICES ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS:

1 - ADULT SOCIALS:
1) We are adding more hosts to watch over the socials and make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels included/welcome.

2 - COMMON GROUND: PEER GROUP:
1) Starting Oct 7th, 2026, the peer support group will begin again biweekly to start. After being off and on biweekly for 12 weeks (6 weeks on), it will become weekly.
2) It will take place during and at the future Wednesday Social location, San Antonio Clubhouse.
3) There will be 2 facilitators: Teenya & Sarah

3 - NEUROSPICY NETWORKING
1) Our new host/planner/experienced networker, Fabian, is working on a project proposal and planning/redefining the networking events. He will plan and host the Neurospicy Networking program.

4 - ND NAVIGATION: COACHING:
1) One of our volunteer Coaches, Julian, is taking an extended break. However, Adam, our other current coach, will soon resume taking appointments.
2) We are excited to have a new coach starting soon! Lauren will be joining us soon. We are currently hashing out what she will coach.

5 - A Program based on PEERS for Young Adults (Name TBD) - in the planning phase
1) A 16-week course for mainly young neurodivergent adults learning social skills for different settings.

Neurospicy SA is a San Antonio nonprofit that helps neurodivergent adults find connection, community, and resources. Founder Meredith Marks shares why so many of us end up isolated, and what she's building to change that.

Who we're for
Adults 18+ who are autistic, have ADHD, or are AuDHD. We also welcome people with bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and other conditions. You don't need a diagnosis or any paperwork. If you think you might be neurospicy, you're welcome. Neurotypical friends, family, and allies are welcome too.

Tonight's Friday Social (ages 18+) was the biggest in a little while! 20+ people attended! It was good to see everyone, new and previous members, and eat some yummy food at I Love Churros Restaurant! What a blast!
