The New Generation Tells Us How

We are so proud that the co-host for our virtual learning communities, Rhanda Luna, Founder & Principal, ART for Nonprofits, is leading such a timely session at the Association of Fundraising Professionals-San Antonio Chapter Education Conference on September 11, 2026. Fundraisers and advancement professionals proudly develop resources for noble missions that touch, improve and save more lives, especially helping those who are struggling. But they will only be effective if they take good care of themselves. Rhanda Luna has quickly proved her credentials as a high performing fundraising strategist who steps in, so organizations build the systems, strategies, and organizational capacity needed for long-term sustainability. And she is leading the way in researching the well-being of practitioners as she completes a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Adler University, where her dissertation focuses on trauma-informed leadership and non-profit workplace culture.
