ULI San Antonio is a District Council of the Urban Land Institute. District Councils are ULI at the local level, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the transmission of ULI best practices. ULI San Antonio has over 650 members who convene at luncheons, educational programs, project tours and other events to share experiences and learn from each other.

You'll learn the ins & outs of a nationally-recognized educational program about land use that teaches public policy, financial feasibilities, and environmental stewardship to local high schools, colleges, and professional organizations.

's CEO 👏🏼

Melissa's leadership radiates beyond the public sector, having worked in various facets of commercial real estate including construction and development over the last 30 years.

Her efforts also extend to the community as she has led ULI San Antonio's program, teaching the fundamentals of development to public officials, private companies, high school, and college students.
