The Council is currently comprised of Executive Directors, Presidents and CEOs of 501c nonprofit organizations, nonprofit professionals and for-profit businesses in the San Antonio area. We strive to accomplish that mission through advocacy, training, resource sharing and the strength and extensive knowledge of our combined membership.

Our guest speaker, Mari Weymouth, with People Whisperer to talk about leading a workforce shaped by anxiety, algorithms and constant digital input - an awesome presentation that resonated with our members and guests. We also introduced Renee Garvens who will step in as the new CEO of TNC on September 8th! Our advocacy chair, Cory McRae updated members on our October SAtoSA Advocacy Week.

Another Big Give Training Camp in the books yesterday with over 200 nonprofit professionals in the room who spent the day listening to our line-up of sessions that included presentations & discussions from our keynote presenter, Steven Screen with The Better Fundraising Company out of Seattle Washington, Carrie Gray with Cielo Strategy Group and Matt Aversa with Winding Branch Ranch . These sessions are always built around tools nonprofits can use for their Big Give campaign as well as in their year-round fundraising efforts.
