San Antonio Apartment Association SAAA is a non-profit trade association serving the multi-family & rental housing industry.

The San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA) is a non-profit trade association composed of diverse groups representing and serving the multi-family and rental housing industry whose purpose is to participate in the legislative process, promote professionalism through education, provide a means of communication to our members and support the surrounding communities. We are comprised of over 1,900 Property Owners, Management Companies and Multi-family Communities representing over 260,000 rental units. Our membership includes over 400 supplier companies providing products and services to our industry. The San Antonio Apartment Association serves TWENTY-ONE counties in South Texas including: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, La Salle, Maverick, McMullen, Medina, Real, Uvalde, Wilson, Zavala.

Daisy is the Community Manager at The View at TPC, managed by Greystar, and brings more than 20 years of experience, leadership, and heart to the multifamily industry.

Known for her exceptional leadership, mentorship, and genuine care for others, Daisy has made an incredible impact on her team, residents, and the SAAA community. Her leadership helped The View at TPC achieve an average 95% occupancy rate in 2025 and more than 75% resident retention in the competitive San Antonio market.

Daisy is also an active member of the SAAA Next Gen Committee, participating in volunteer initiatives, educational programs, member mixers, and community giving.
