One of the things that I love about living in west central Florida is that a day trip to check out one of our cool cities is totally within reach.

Started the morning around eight from San Antonio, Florida (a Tampa suburb) swung by Orlando to pick up my son at the university of Central Florida and made it to Saint Augustine by noon.

We did some sightseeing and had lunch then headed back.

I was home by 7pm.
