If someone touches you, talks to you, messages you, asks you for pictures, or does anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, scared, pressured, or just feels wrong…you can say NO.

It doesn’t matter who they are. It doesn’t matter if they tell you to keep it secret. It doesn’t matter if you said yes before and changed your mind…and it doesn’t matter if you’re worried someone won’t believe you.

Say it. Mean it. Tell someone.

Tell someone you trust. If they don’t listen, tell someone else. Keep telling until someone listens.

You deserve to feel safe and to have boundaries.
