My son and his friend are starting a small lawn mowing business this summer. They are focusing their services within our neighborhood, and we are using this as an opportunity to teach them all aspects of building a business — from sales and customer service to quality of work and responsibility.

If you have the opportunity to use them, please reach out and give them a chance. It’s not every day we get the opportunity to help teach the youth in our community what it takes to build something through hard work, discipline, and accountability. Honestly, as a community, we should do more to encourage and support young people willing to step out and work.

I want to thank everyone in advance for any support you can give them. I’m excited to watch these two young men take on their summer adventure and learn valuable lessons along the way.

They are planning to start May 29th and will be available throughout the week.

Frantically looking for my baby, Daisy. 8lbs, 11 years old. She snuck out of the garage this morning at 8:45. She has a huge heart murmur that requires meds. If she doesn't have it, she basically will suffocate from the water collecting around her heart. Has no collar. As you can see in this older picture, she has large ears. Please call 210 379-9117 She's skiddish. I'll come and get her!
