This design is a reminder that no matter where you are in your journey, you were never meant to carry the weight alone.

THE OG SHIRT THAT SPARKED IT ALL…

Almost three years ago, this all started with one simple idea and one shirt.

My wife Valerie Rose believed in me before there was a brand. She took my vision and helped bring it to life by creating the very first Tattooed & Sober shirt. At the time, neither of us could have imagined where that one shirt would lead. We then started SOBER SOCIETY APPAREL.

Not long after, one of my best friends Christopher Matz and I started talking about something bigger than apparel. We wanted to create a place where people in recovery could find real connection, encouragement, and community. That vision became SOBER SOCIETY SOCIAL. 501c3

Today, what started as one shirt has grown into a clothing brand with purpose and a nonprofit dedicated to reminding people that they are never alone.

None of this would have happened without my wife believing in the vision from day one, or without Christopher stepping alongside me to help build the community we dreamed about.

To every volunteer, every person who has shown up to a meeting, every customer who has worn our apparel, every donor, every prayer, every share, and every word of encouragement, thank you. You are helping build something so much bigger than us.

This has never just been about clothing.

It’s about hope.
It’s about reminding someone that their story is not over.

It’s more than a statement—it’s a commitment.

It means showing up when someone is struggling.
It means making the phone call instead of assuming someone else will.
It means walking alongside a brother, speaking truth in love, and reminding him that he doesn’t have to fight alone.

We weren’t created to carry life’s burdens in isolation. We were called to carry them together.
