And just like that, we're back! Bots of Glory in our first competition of the season in the NERD league with FIRST in Texas , FIRST Robotics. We have a lot to improve upon and we're looking forward to getting to back to work! Thanks to everyone for their well wishes and help with our robot code (Gigabytes of Guac). It was great seeing our friends Spicy Ketchup 16377 , JSTEM Lightning, Microchips and Queso, and all the amazing people of FIRST! Looks like it's going to be a great season!

Our Story

We are FTC team 12563 also known as the Bots of Glory. Our team is a 4-H Club, homeschool, community team. We formed this team on June 1st, 2017. This robotics team was created for homeschool students who would otherwise not receive the opportunity to experience a STEM education, or be able to compete with FIRST Tech Challenge. We are learning through fun. Our team has gone through many changes. We now boast a 46% “Girl Squad” on our team. We have grown to the maximum number of students allowed on a team, and formed FLL and FLL Jr. teams. We are having a ball and plan to keep having fun, learning, and teaching.
