Did you know? Counseling at The Ecumenical Center can include your faith and spiritual traditions—but only when you choose?

We understand that healing may involve the mind, body and spirit. Our professional counselors provide clinically competent care and, when requested by the client, can respectfully incorporate faith and spiritual beliefs into the counseling process.

People of all faiths—and people with no faith affiliation—are welcomed, respected and supported.

Counseling is centered on you, your needs and the approach that feels right for you.

Come as you are. We’re here for you.

Did you know? Couples counseling isn’t only for relationships in crisis?

Every relationship experiences seasons of change. Communication can become difficult. Stress can create distance. Couples may feel as though they are having the same disagreement without finding a way forward.

Counseling can provide a supportive space to listen, understand one another and strengthen the relationship. The Ecumenical Center offers marriage, couples, premarital and relationship counseling tailored to each couple’s needs and goals.

You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for support.

Sometimes, reaching out is an important first step toward reconnecting.

We’re here for both of you.

Visit ECRH.org or call 210-616-0885 to make an appointment at one of our many locations.

Did you know? Play therapy can help children express what they may not yet have the words to say.

Children don’t always communicate their fears, sadness, stress or confusion through conversation.

Play therapy gives children a safe, supportive environment where they can express feelings, process experiences and develop healthier ways to cope. The Ecumenical Center’s counseling team includes registered play therapists and other trained mental health professionals who work with children and families.

When a child is struggling, support can begin with meeting them in a language they understand.

We’re here for your child. We’re here for your family.

To ask about child counseling or play therapy, visit ECRH.org or call 210-616-0885.
