As Educational Programs Manager at Youth Code Jam, Max has spent the past nine years expanding access to coding and creative computing for children of all abilities and backgrounds. His passion for inclusive education and commitment to creating welcoming learning environments ensure that every child has the opportunity to explore technology, build confidence, and discover their strengths.

Max was nominated by a colleague who shared, "Max doesn't just talk about inclusion—he builds it into how our team operates day to day." They praised his dedication to ensuring staff have the training, tools, and confidence to better support neurodivergent students, adding that "he does behind-the-scenes work to make sure inclusion is real for every student who decides to code with us." His leadership continues to foster a culture where every child is valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

A San Antonio native, Max is also a devoted Spurs fan who enjoys reading, playing strategy games, and tinkering with code. On behalf of our staff, board of directors, volunteers, and the families we serve, thank you, Max, for being an ACN Ally!
