Noah's Farm

Noah's Farm Feeding the hungry, Advocating for education, Reaching the Lost, and Mentoring lives in Zimbabwe, Africa. We invite you to join us in this meaningful work.

Zimbabwe is a beautiful country of beautiful people who value education, hard work, and faith, yet life is hard in this southern African country. Unemployment is greater than 80%, infrastructure is crumbling, and many families cannot afford the tuition fees that keep government schools afloat. The mission of Noah’s FARM is to come alongside the Church of the Nazarene in Central Zimbabwe in:
-Feedi

ng the Hungry
-Advocating for Education
-Reaching the Lost
-Medical Missions

Reverend Noah Sibanda, former District Superintendent of the Midlands District, provided the inspiration for Noah’s FARM. As Pastor Noah developed a program for training pastors to serve in new churches in remote rural areas, Noah’s FARM has come alongside in these underserved communities to drill water wells, construct simple multi-use personages, develop gardens and other livelihood enterprises, sponsor student scholarships, promote literacy programs, and host mobile medical clinics. Noah’s FARM is a 501(c)3 organization funded through donations and through a major fund-raiser each November—The Great Texas Turkey Fry! The entire organization is volunteer, and all donations go 100% to projects in Zimbabwe.

There was a celebration in Lilongwe, Malawi, last weekend, as eight theology students from the Midlands District in Zimbabwe received their graduation diplomas from Nazarene Theological College of Central Africa. Five of the students completed the three-year course of study in Gweru, an intensive program for which Noah's FARM provides instructor stipends. Three of the students studied on campus in Malawi, supported by Noah's FARM and our partner, the Carden Foundation.

We are so proud of our students following their calling with such dedication and excellence. The local course of study is a serious commitment involving attendance several nights per week for three years. And, in Malawi, our students excelled, with the Midlands district producing the top student and the number two student in their classes. Way to go graduates! We look forward to seeing how God will use you!

"Children are a gift from the Lord" (Psalm 127:3), and Noah's FARM loves to make those gifts feel special!

Thanks to some of our supporters, we are able to take baby blankets to Mkoba PolyClinic each year, and Reverend Margaret Sibanda is able to visit the clinic and enjoy the blessings of gifting those blankets while praying over these new arrivals.

So, enjoy your "awwwww" moment for this week with these sweet little ones. You even get a bonus blessing in the last photo--twins who both received Noah's FARM blankets!

We have so many exciting updates and images to share from Ascot Christian College. Our staff and local church volunteers have worked hard to create a successful start to the school year--from a new banner, to a beautiful new sidewalk, to an excellent teaching and administrative staff, to spiritual encouragement from Chaplain Rev. Margaret Sibanda, to a gifting of Bibles to ALL students from the local Gideons International chapter, to setting up school transport with a Noah's FARM van (we still need a bus!), and, last, but not least, to a great start to the academic school year.

Thank you for your support! Please keep praying with us and with the students.
