💚 MCCF Supporting Our Military Families

The Military-Civilian Charitable Foundation (MCCF) was honored to be represented at the State of the Food Bank event, held last night at the San Antonio Food Bank.

Laura Read, MCCF President, and Rachel Baker, VP for Military Family Support, attended on behalf of the Foundation.

Supporting military families in our community continues to be an important part of MCCF’s mission. Over the past three years, MCCF has awarded grants to the Food Bank to help support drive-through food distributions at JBSA locations specifically serving military families:

💚 2022–23: $5,000
💚 2023–24: $2,500
💚 2024–25: $3,000

We are proud to support the important work of the San Antonio Food Bank and help make a difference for our military families right here in our community.

Serving our community. Supporting our military families. Making an impact together. 💚

💜April is Military Child Month 💜

A special time to recognize the strength, resilience, and heart of military children everywhere.

From moves and new schools to deployments and changing routines, military kids handle so much with courage and grace. Their sacrifices matter too, and this month is a beautiful reminder to celebrate and honor them.

Purple up and help spread the word this April! 💜
