HeySanchez Test Kitchen got to play with balsamic vinegar and agar agar powder to make these pretty balsamic pearls. Had fun this Sunday coming up with this Lamb Leg dish for one of my St Patty’s Day clients.
Sous vide leg of lamb on top of a pea mint and jalapeño hummus and pickled fennel. Along with fresh sugar snap peas and roasted Brussel sprouts topped with our balsamic pearls. Really happy with the balance in this dish. Eat well and Live Happy!!!
