Caregivers give so much every day; this session focuses on simple, meaningful ways to incorporate self-care through small moments of joy that can reduce stress, build resilience, and support your overall well-being.

You’ll learn:
• Easy, realistic self-care practices
• How to recognize and create moments of joy
• Ways to prevent burnout and support your emotional health

We’re excited to share that The Army Residence Community (ARC) is opening its doors again! Join us for a welcoming Memory Café session led by an Occupational therapy student, focused on practicing simple, safe movements to support everyday mobility and overall wellness.

This session will help participants:
