What an incredible Sunday celebrating community, creativity, and the Western way of life!

The were incredibly proud to participate, once again, in the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo’s Ag Outreach event!

We had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of families and community members as they stopped by to paint pumpkins, take family portraits, and create some wonderful memories!

One of the most important missions of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is introducing communities throughout our region to the Western way of life, agriculture, and the traditions that have helped shape Texas. Events like Ag Outreach create opportunities for families from all backgrounds to connect with our agricultural heritage, learn about Western traditions, and experience a way of life they may not otherwise have the opportunity to explore.

And that’s where art and photography play such an important role!

Through art, we celebrate the stories, landscapes, people, animals, and traditions that define our Western heritage. Through photography, we capture those moments and preserve them for future generations. Both provide powerful ways to connect people to agriculture and the Western way of life, while inspiring creativity and appreciation for the traditions we work so hard to preserve.

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to our incredible Western Art Committee volunteers who signed up and dedicated part of their Sunday to making this event a success! Your willingness to spend time inside the East Arena, welcome families, and share your passion for our program is what makes this committee so special. We couldn’t do it without you!

We’re grateful to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo for the opportunity to participate in Ag Outreach and help bring art, photography, agriculture, and Western heritage to communities across our region.

We can’t wait for the next one!
