Did you know that as an underfunded nonprofit organization we do 10x the amount of emergency preparedness training annually than Bexar County does? If Bexar County Office of Emergency Management is responsible for community preparedness, and receives funding for it, why do they do so little to prepare our community?
Maybe we should get some of that funding since we are the ones putting in the effort to prepare our community for disasters, both natural and human-made.
