In a display of dedication and tradition, the Alzafar Shrine Faris Unit recently took part in an extraordinary event that highlighted the enduring spirit of Freemasonry. Two unit member; Kyle Jackson and Gary Speer had the distinct honor of assisting The Freedom Lodge degree team in tiling on horseback two Master Mason Degrees at the outdoor lodge located at Camp Alzafar.
The outdoor lodge at Camp Alzafar provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Kyle and Gary played a crucial role in this significant event. Their presence on horseback added an element of historical reverence and grandeur, reminding all present of the deep roots and traditions of Freemasonry.
Master Mason Degrees are a cornerstone of Masonic tradition, symbolizing the culmination of a Mason's journey through the craft. The assistance of the Faris Unit in these degrees was not just a ceremonial duty but a powerful demonstration of the unity and brotherhood that Freemasonry embodies.
